Effect of TNF-α and IL-1β (both 10 ng/ml) on binding of ³H-histamine to rabbit parietal cells. Cells were incubated in appropriate cytokine for 15 minutes before performing the binding experiments. Data are expressed as percentage of binding in the absence of unlabelled histamine (B/Bo). Results are the mean (SEM) of three separate animal preparations.
