Dose dependent inhibition of cytomix induced and cAMP potentiated NO₂ production by an NF-κB inhibitor in DLD-1 cells. Cells were treated in serum free medium for 24 hours with cytomix, alone or with 8Br-cAMP, and received two hours' pretreatment with increasing concentrations of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC). Results are expressed as percentage of maximal induction (without PDTC) and represent means (SEM) from at least three different experiments, each done in triplicate. **p<0.01, ***p<0.001 compared with maximal induction.
