Effect of coincubation with the NF-κB inhibitor, pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) and tyrphostins A25 or B42 on cAMP potentiated NO2 production in DLD-1 cells. Cells were treated in serum free medium for 24 hours with cytomix and 8Br-cAMP with or without A25 or B42, and were then treated with increasing concentrations of PDTC.
