Effect of skin incision (SI), laparotomy (LAP), or laparotomy plus mechanical stimulation of the small intestine and caecum (L+M) on intestinal transit in control rats (n = 9) and in rats treated with prucalopride 1 mg/kg (n = 9) or 5 mg/kg (n = 9).
