Comparison of total TFF2 concentration with total protein concentration, pepsin activity, and pH in normal human gastric juice over 24 hours. Gastric juice was collected from 12 young volunteers at two hourly intervals for 24 hours and concentrations of TFF2 (A) and protein (B), pepsin activity (C), and pH (D) of the samples were measured as described in the methods.
