32D and DAGM cells were infected with the indicated retrovirus construct (p210 BCR/ABL was used in 32D cells; p185 BCR/ABL was used in DAGM cells) and plated into 32-well dishes at 10², 10³, or 10⁴ cells/well. As a control, uninfected cells were plated into growth factor (granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor, GM-CSF) supplemented medium. The percent of wells that showed cell growth after 13 days is reported.
