FPLC separation of serum lipoproteins from pooled plasma samples (60 μl, n=8 to 14) was achieved by gel filtration using two Superose 6HR 10/30 columns in series. The concentration of cholesterol, triglycerides, phospholipids, free cholesterol, and cholesterol ester was indicated in the y axes. FPLC analysis is shown for wild-type mice, FXR-null mice, ApoE-null mice, and FA DKO mice. Elution volume from 12–14 represents for VLDL, 18–22 for LDL, and 28–32 for HDL.
