Peripheral blood T cells of patients with spondyloarthropathy with high baseline values for IL10 and NK T cells were analysed by flow cytometry at baseline and at days 3, 7, 14, and 28 of treatment with anti-TNFα (infliximab 5 mg/kg on days 0, 14, and 42). The upper limit of normal values, defined as more than the mean + 2 SD of the healthy control group, is indicated by the dotted line. (A) Decrease in the percentage of IL10 positive cells in the CD3+ population in patients with high baseline values (n=8).
