 RECK and MMP-14 protein expression in synovial specimens from patients with RA as determined by immunolocalisation. Immunolocalisation using a specific mouse-antihuman RECK was performed on cryostat sections of patients with RA. RECK was mainly expressed within the intimal lining layer (A) and by large cells, probably macrophages, lying around blood vessels (B). MMP-14 was found in corresponding regions (C).
