^*MT-2 cells (2 × 10³) were exposed to 100 TCID₅₀ of HIV-1_LAI, HIV-1_JE-2147-P73, HIV-1_JE-533-P32, or HIV-1_KNI-272-P51 and were cultured in the presence of various concentrations of RTV, IDV, SQV, KNI-272, JE-533, and JE-2147. The IC₅₀ values were determined by using the MTT assay on day 7 of culture. All assays were conducted in triplicate. The values shown are representatives of two or three separate experiments. The numbers in parentheses represent fold changes compared to IC₅₀s against HIV-1_LAI.
