The left lane of each pair contains genomic DNA from tomato cv Sun1642, and the right lane of each pair contains DNA from S. pimpinellifolium LA1589. Molecular mass markers are indicated. The map was derived from a population of 100 F2 plants derived from a cross between tomato cv Sun1642 and S. pimpinellifolium LA1589.
