Images of the same cells were collected every 5 s for 2.5 min. (A) The movement of three different Atg9-GFP-containing punctate structures within the mitochondrial boundaries is illustrated, and (B) a putative budding or fission event of an Atg9 cluster from mitochondria is shown.
