Colon NF-κB activation is increased in STAT5b-deficient mice. Proximal and distal colon nuclear proteins were made from STAT5b-deficient mice and WT controls, and Western blot for p65 and SHP1 (A) and EMSA for a NF-κB cis-element with supershift for p65 and p50 (B) were performed.
