PKC, not Akt, regulates LPA-induced NF-κB activation. Bcl10+/− or Bcl10−/− MEFs were treated for 1 h with the PKC inhibitor rottlerin (Ro, 3 μM) (A) or the PI3K inhibitor wortmannin (WM, 1 μM) (B) before stimulation with 10 μM LPA for the indicated times.
