The middle panel shows the endocast viewed from the front displaying mainly the right heart chambers (in blue) and very little of the left heart chambers (in red). When viewed from the right (A), the right heart chambers are to either side of the aorta. The view from the left (B) shows the relation between the right and left ventricular outflow tracts and the posterior location of the left atrium.
