Far-Western binding assay. One microgram each of GST-Nedd4WW2 (lane 1), GST-Nedd4WW3 (lane 2), GST-YapWW1 (lane 3), GST-YapWW2 (lane 4), and GST-FE65 (lane 5) was subjected to SDS/PAGE.
