Platelet aggregometry traces showing effects of clinically relevant concentrations unfractionated heparin (UFH), low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), and abciximab on platelet aggregation induced by (A) thrombin, (B) adrenaline, (C) collagen, and (D) ADP. Washed platelets (4 × 107−8 × 107) were preincubated with UFH, LMWH, or abciximab for five minutes before addition of agonist. Aggregation was carried out for 300 seconds. Traces are representative of 10 similar experiments.
