Thrombus was visualised in all patients. All patients had intravascular ultrasound evidence of calcium at the stented site.

Ds, Dissection; I/O disease, inflow-outflow disease; MLA, minimum lumen area; Ref LA, reference segment (mean proximal-distal) lumen area.

*Slice with maximum asymmetry of the stent (minimum lumen diameter/maximum lumen diameter); †stent struts protruded 2 mm from the LAD into the left main stem, partially entrapping the LCX.
