Inhibition of MsEH and HsEH by several pharmacophores.

Enzymes (0.12 μM MsEH or 0.24 μM HsEH) were incubated with inhibitors for 5 min in sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) at 30°C before substrate introduction ([S] = 40 μM). IC₉₀-to-IC₅₀ ratios between 5 and 10 were found. 

Results are means ± SD of three separate experiments.
