The equation for best fit for the F6H8 plot is given as: height = (slope × volume − F6H8) + intercept.

Similar equation for each of the solutions A, B, and C were found and as the lines are parallel, the slopes are the same, but the intercepts are different. SPSS output gives 95% confidence intervals for difference between the intercepts for F6H8 and each of the solutions and the p value for this difference.
