APD90 values for NTG and TG-NS/LQT3 cells. APD values were calculated at 90% repolarization. A total of 30 sweeps was recorded at each CL and an average APD value ± SD was calculated. To clearly illustrate the beat-to-beat variability in TG-NS/LQT3 cells, these averages were listed for each TG cells. For NTG cells, the values were pooled together from a total of 8 cells and mean values ± SEM are listed. Cells that failed to maintain capture due to repolarization that exceeded the interpulse interval of the CL are indicated with “*”. TG-NS/LQT3 cells #1, 2, and 3 are the same representative cells used in Figure 5.
