Immunostaining for the long leptin receptor isoform in the brush border of human enterocytes: formol fixed, paraffin embedded samples (A, B); paraformaldehyde (PAF) fixed, paraffin embedded samples (C, D); PAF fixed, cryostat sections (E, F).
