Quantitative PCR-analysis. Total RNA of transiently transfected LOVO cells expressing hMSH2 wt protein, hMSH2 Cys697Arg, hMSH2 DEL782FS, or control plasmid were extracted 12, 36, 48, 72 hours and seven days after transfection. hMSH6 mRNA levels were quantified using real time PCR. Results show the ‡‡CT-factor of hMSH6, representing the relative mRNA quantity of sample to control. ‡‡CT-factor was calculated for four independent experiments.
