Transduction efficiency of Ad/LacZ in gastric cancer cells. (A) MKN-1, (B) MKN-7, (C) MKN-28, and (D) MKN-45 cells were plated on 24 well plates and infected with Ad/LacZ at a multiplicity of infection of 5000. After 48 hours, cells were fixed and stained with 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-β-D-galactopyranoside (X-gal) to demonstrate LacZ gene expression. Original magnification, ×100.
