Western blot analysis was used to determine COX-1 expression (A, B) in the fasted and fed stomach of wild-type, COX-1 (+/−), COX-1 (−/−), COX-2 (+/−), and COX-2 (−/−) mice. COX-2 expression (C, D) was examined in the fasted and fed stomach of COX-1 (−/−) mice.
