 Effect of intracisternal urocortin II on hepatic surface perfusion (A) and portal pressure (B) in urethane anaesthetised rats. After a 20 minute basal measurement, urocortin II (2.5, 5, 15, 25, 50, or 100 pmol) or 0.9% saline vehicle was injected intracisternally. Hepatic surface perfusion was monitored thereafter for 120 minutes. For other details, see legend to fig 1.
