Frequency of IFN-γ secreting antigen-specific T cells detected using an ELISpot assay. ELISpot assays to detect IFN-γ secreted by T cells following short-term incubation with (a) the GLCTLVAML peptide or (b) the RAKFKQLL peptide were performed on paired samples of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and synovial fluid mononuclear cells (SFMCs).
