Bold font indicates dominant oligoclonal expansions.
The ratios shown are the number of mice with positive expansions in relation to the number of studied animals.
Significant BV-BJ expansions detected in the pool from transplanted animals were also analysed in five transplanted TAP1–/– mice. Note that not all animals were studied for all peptides, because of limitations of the biological material.
For this analysis, we considered the animals with positive expansion in response to at least one H-2Kb peptide.
For this analysis, we considered the animals with dominant oligoclonal expansions in response to at least one H-2Kb peptide.
For this analysis, we considered the animals with positive expansions inside a polyclonal profile in response to at least one H-2Kb peptide.
