Virus-resistant lines display decreased stable microtubule formation. Wt Rat2 cells, the virus-resistant R4-7 cells and the moesin-overexpressing line RL34 were fixed, stained with a rabbit polyclonal antibody for stable Glu-MTs and a rat mAb for dynamic Tyr-MTs followed by incubation with fluorescently labeled secondary antibodies.
