Deposition of C-components of classic and alternative pathways on P1- and PLD-treated erythrocytes. Erythrocytes incubated with buffer (Control), P1 or PLD (5 µg/ml) were exposed to C8d-HS, incubated with polyclonal sera against C1q, C3, C4, or fB, and submitted to flow cytometry analysis.
