Cytokine production in lymph node cells after ConA stimulation in vitro. Single-cell suspensions were made from lymph nodes from unimmunized CD4^+/−, CD4^−/−, CD8^+/− and CD8^−/− mice and from CII-immunized CD4^−/− and CD8^−/− mice. Cells were cultured for 6 days in Con A-containing medium and were restimulated with PMA and ionomycin before for intracellular staining. Positive cells given in percent ±SD.
