Vector copy number in transduced MPS IIIA cells. MPS IIIA cells were transduced with 68, 167 or 508 ng p24 equivalent of the pHIV-1pgkmsulp vector and both vector copy number, and sulphamidase enzyme activity, were determined as described in Materials and methods. Both vector copy number and enzyme levels are proportional to vector dose.
