Right anterior oblique (RAO) and left anterior oblique (LAO) fluoroscopic images showing balloon inflated to increase separation between the ablation catheter and the left phrenic nerve. When the balloon was deflated, there was consistent phrenic nerve capture with high-output pacing from the site of earliest activation. After inflation, phrenic nerve capture was no longer observed.
