BHK-21 cells were exposed to gL⁻ or gL⁺ viruses (2 PFU/cell) at 37°C for the times indicated and then fixed, permeabilized, and stained with the gN-specific MAb 3F7 plus an Alexa 488-conjugated mouse IgG-specific secondary antibody.
