Accumulation of negative-strand HcRNAV RNA in H. circularisquama cells transfected with HcRNAV34 or HcRNAV109 RNA. Total RNA was extracted from H. circularisquama cells immediately after inoculation (0 h) and 24 h and 48 hpi, separated by gel electrophoresis, and blotted onto membranes.
