A randomly selected subset of subjects from the MenB and control 0-1-6m groups in the ATP cohort for immunogenicity (80 in the MenB group, 40 in control group) with results available for a specific assay were included in the analysis for that assay. See Table 1 for strain typing details. The response rate was statistically lower for all strains for the control versus MenB 0-1-6m group (P < 0.05) except for M01240101 (P = 0.194; two-sided Fisher's exact test).
