Effect of clotrimazole on release of IFN-γ from activated T cells. Cells were incubated with or without PPD for the indicated periods before measurement of IFN-γ in supernatants. Similar results were obtained in two additional experiments using activation of T cells with tetanus toxin and Candida albicans.
