(A) 308 cells were transfected with HuR siRNA duplex or control nontargeting siRNA duplex, and 96 h after transfection, cells were exposed to UVB (1,000 J/m2) and apigenin (50 μmol/liter) treatment. COX-2, HuR, and actin expression levels were analyzed by Western blotting after another 8 h of culture.
