Normal proliferation capacity of antigen-specific IgG1 B cells during early TD immune responses in Cd19^Cre/+ Mapk1^flox/flox mice. Mice were immunized with TNP-KLH in alum and 7 days later administered BrdU (2 mg/mouse). Purified TNP-binding IgG1 B cells from spleen were analyzed by flow cytometry.
