DDB-1 is required for CDT-1 degradation in S phase. Wild-type, ddb-1(RNAi), and skpt-1(ok851) larvae in G1 phase (90 min posthatching) and S phase (180 min posthatching), stained with anti-CDT-1 (green), DAPI (blue), and anti-AJM-1 (red overlay, highlighting seam cell boundaries).
