BAF155/SRG3 is necessary for insulin-dependent recruitment of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex into insulin target gene promoters. In BAF155/SRG3 knockdown 3T3-L1 adipocytes, recruitment of BAF155/SRG3, ADD1/SREBP1c, and BRG1 was analyzed by ChIP analysis with (+) or without (−) insulin (100 nM) for 1 h.
