(A) pE3SP-bc, basic construct vector, containing the enhancer for Pol I-dependent transcription, the sequence of mouse Pol I promoter (P) upstream of transcription start, a transcription termination signal (Tx) and the KpnI and BbsI sites for cloning purposes. (B) pE3SP-MCS vector contains a multiple cloning site for additional cloning versatility. (C) pE3SP-shLuc and pE3SP-Erk2 express short hairpin RNAs targeting firefly luciferase and Erk2, respectively.
