NV1066 replicates in MSTO-211H cell line at all MOIs. MSTO-211H cells were infected with NV1066 at an MOI of 0.05 or 0.1. Cells and supernatant was collected on days 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Viral titers were measured by viral plaque assay on Vero cells. Average numbers of viral plaque forming units in individual well were represented (A). When infected at MOI's 0.01, 0.1 and 1, at all MOIs, infected MSTO-211H cells supported viral replication (B). Initial infective dose was represented as white bars and viral plaque forming units on the day of maximal burst as crossed bars (B). MOI = Multiplicity of infection, ratio of viral particles to tumor cells.
