HEK293T cells were transfected with a multimeric luciferase reporter gene UAS5 E1B TATA-LUC and mammalian expression vectors encoding the Gal4 DNA-binding domain linked to c-Jun with VP16-DACH1 (B) or DACH1 (C). HEK293T cells were transiently transfected with a luciferase reporter UAS5 E1BTATA-LUC and mammalian expression vectors for c-Jun, Ras V12, or DACH1 as shown (D–E).
