The HBZ-NBs do not colocalize with endogenous RNA polymerase II. COS cells cotransfected with pcDNA-JunB and pEGFP-HBZ bZIP were labelled with a mouse anti-RNA polymerase II antibody and detected using goat anti-mouse IgG antibody coupled to Texas Red.
