Accumulation of TNF-α and IFN-γ mRNA after stimulation of T cells by C1q-bearing immune complexes. RT-PCR was performed on RNA isolated from T cells that were stimulated for 2–24 h with C1q-bearing immune complexes (400 µg/ml) using specific primers for TNF-α (top panel) and IFN-γ (middle panel) and β-actin (lower panel).
