Allergen-specific antibody levels in rHev b 1 and rHev b 3 sensitized mice. Allergen-specific serum IgG1, IgE and IgG2a antibody levels were detected by ELISA after immunization with rHev b 1/Al(OH)3 (white bars) or rHev b 3/Al(OH)3 (grey bars).
