Specificity of lgA1 binding to HMC in culture. HMC were preincubated for 60 min at 4°C with different unlabelled proteins before the addition of radio-active aIgA1: bull serum albumin (BSA), human IgG (IgG), human mIgA1 (mIgA1), human aggregated IgA1 (aIgA1).
