Effects of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 5 and 10 µg/ml) on the binding of the eGFP-Ply construct (500 ng/ml) to neutrophils. The cells were treated with DHA for 5 min at 37°C followed by addition of the construct and flow cytometric analysis of cell-associated toxin.
