Metabolic activity of lymphocytes from SJL (▪) and C57BL/6 (□) mice induced by adipocyte supernatants treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), peptidoglycan (PEP) and lactobacillus extracts. Adipocytes were treated for 24 h and supernatants were added to syngenic lymphocytes for 24 h. Metabolic activity was measured using the mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity (MTS/PMS) test.
